D&F Biçaku Law Firm is a law firm based at Rruga e Kavajës, "GLOBE" building, in Tirana. We provide legal advice and representation in civil, criminal, administrative, family, labour and commercial matters, as well as out-of-court resolution through mediation.
Many of our clients are Albanians living abroad and foreign nationals in Albania. For them we offer dedicated services: verification and removal of entry bans in the Schengen Information System (SIS), visa applications, residence and work permits, and mediated divorce even when one party lives outside Albania.
We believe many disputes can be resolved faster, at lower cost and with less tension through dialogue. That is why mediation is at the heart of our work — alongside strong court representation whenever it is needed.
Our team regularly takes part in professional trainings and forums, including Council of Europe activities, the National Chamber of Mediators and regional mediation forums, and has appeared in the media to explain legal issues of public interest.
